Job Summary
A digital solutions company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Technology Service Desk Technician .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing support via phone, e-mail and chat to employees of corporate clients
- Handling 50-60 issues per day efficiently and appropriately
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in related field
- 1 year experience in call center or service desk environment
- Knowledge of various PC hardware and software applications
