Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Telephone Interviewer.

Must be able to:

• Call potential respondents to complete phone surveys for a research project
• Follow strict rules regarding interviewing and participant confidentiality
• Work alongside other research team members

Required Skills:

• Bilingual Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read smoothly and clearly from a script, asking questions that are sometimes sensitive in nature
• Ability to accurately document and track work progress and status both on and offline
• Ability to establish and maintain a positive, professional rapport with people from a variety of backgrounds
