Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Telephonic Intake Representative.
Must be able to:
- Take inbound calls from employees, employers and Leave Management vendors
- Adhere to all customer service standards, including call handling times
- Answer questions related to claim process and workflow
Position Requirements Include:
- Fluent in English/Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus
- Must possess or have ability to learn basic leave and disability claim information
