Job Summary
A health care service provider has an open position for a Remote Patient Coordinator in Greenville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being the first point of contact with patients who are seeking medical assistance and support from their Doctor
- Providing customized scripting to document prior to a Nurse speaks with the patient
- Utilize company equipment to complete coordinator tasks
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to defuse conversations and escalate if necessary
- Professional, courteous telephone voice
- Excellent organizational and computer skills
