Job Summary

An aerospace and defense company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Vaccination Info Call Center Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide citizens and healthcare providers with critical vaccine information
• Contact targeted populations for vaccination registration
• Support English and Spanish language inbound calls and inquiries

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 or more years of related customer service and/or contact center experience
• Ability to speak, read, and write both English and Spanish fluently
• Ability to work remotely in a quiet work environment free from distractions
• Access to 10 Mbps of download speed
• Access to 1 Mbps of upload speed of dedicated internet bandwidth
