A global technology platform is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Weekend Tax Expert.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Using our state of the art video communication software to interact with customers
• Helping customers who are working on their tax return
• Creating high quality customer interactions and experiences

Qualifications Include:

• Must possess active unrestricted credential
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits or bonds
• Must possess active PTIN
• 3 or more years of recent experience preparing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
• Working knowledge of Circular 230
• Proficient with technology; solid knowledge of computer operations and software
