Job Summary

A media company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage, prioritize, and respond to incoming content digestion task
  • Download and upload of entire creator content libraries multiple times during shifts
  • Effectively maintain relationships with current clients and assist them when needed

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Any language Bilingual or Trilingual is required
  • Familiarity with YouTube Analytics/Studio
  • Proficiency in macOS (Apple)
  • Task-oriented and highly attentive to detail
  • Customer Service experience required
