Job Summary
A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Technical Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Processing inbound and outbound calls from all clients and suppliers
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries
- Completing irregularity reports or status reports as defined
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong PC knowledge with a typing speed of at least 30 wpm
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service
- Familiar with Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
