Job Summary

A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Technical Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Processing inbound and outbound calls from all clients and suppliers
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries
  • Completing irregularity reports or status reports as defined

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong PC knowledge with a typing speed of at least 30 wpm
  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
