A healthcare solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Telehealth RN Educator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing consumer support in a call center environment for patients receiving treatment
- Assessing risk for patient compliance and adherence to treatment regimen
- Identifying barriers to care
Position Requirements Include:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Must possess a current license issued by a state in the US
- Experience with and/or potential to provide high quality customer service
- 5 years of experience within: oncology, neurology, medical information/pharmacovigilance, behavioral health
- Telephonic experience a plus
- Case management experience a plus
