An insurtech travel insurance provider is in need of a Remote Bilingual Travel Insurance Assistance Coordinator in Stevens Point.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing real-time help and support to travelers
- Identifying problems, find solutions for customers – before, during and after travel
- Providing front-line first-responder customer services
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Proven working experience in an assistance coordinator position
- Experience in travel or insurance with an understanding of industry terms and practices
- Experience working in the medical / travel assistance field
- Bilingual
