A business process outsourcing company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Utility Customer Service Representative in Scottsbluff.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Handling customer and retailer inquiries
• Processing order inquiry calls
• Processing billing calls

Required Skills:

• Above average analytical ability and mathematical skills
• Above average knowledge and ability to use a PC (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer)
• 1 year’s experience of working within Customer Services environment
• Client & Customer Focus and Performance Focus skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Confident in navigating multiple screens simultaneously
