Job Summary

A business process outsourcing company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Vaccine Hotline Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering basic questions regarding the vaccines
  • Assisting with appointment scheduling
  • Communicating clearly and operating basic computer functions

Qualifications Include:

  • Have a stable internet connection
  • Must be authorized to work in their country of residence
  • Willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation
  • Willing to submit to drug screening
  • Have a PC (Not a MAC)
