A healthcare technology company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Vietnamese Care Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Meeting production goals based on part-time or full-time hours
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive, proprietary patient care plan
- Using proprietary care plan to guide patient interaction and direction
Qualifications for this position include:
- Speaks & writes fluent Vietnamese and English
- Minimum 1-year experience in homecare or clinical setting
- Medical Assistant certification or higher (LPN, RN, BSN, etc.)
- Minimum 1-year experience in Chronic Care Management
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Committed to excellence in patient care and customer service
