Job Summary
A healthcare technology company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Vietnamese Certified Patient Care Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Update current health status
- Provide Medication reconciliation & compliance
- Provide Appointment reminders
Qualifications for this position include:
- Speaks clear and fluent Vietnamese and English
- Clinical credentials, to include MA, LPN, RN, BSN, or other qualified background as approved
- Minimum 1-year experience in clinical setting or patient environment
- Comfortable interacting with and assessing status of patients remotely, active listener
- Understanding and application of medical terminology as required
- HIPAA compliant area in home to conduct Virtual Care Services
