Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Remote Bilingual Vietnamese Customer Service Navigator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Following up calls to members with resolution to identify issues in timely manner
- Making outbound calls to Dual SNP members to build relations
- Acting as a dedicated customer service go to person to assist customers to resolve issues and problems
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years in a customer service environment
- High School Diploma / GED or higher OR equivalent work experience
- Bilingual fluency in Vietnamese and English
