Job Summary

A health insurance provider is seeking a Remote Bilingual Vietnamese Health Insurance Member Services Coordinator.

Must be able to:

• Accurately document all member or provider calls
• Support inbound/outbound phone calls from members or providers
• Engage and collaborate with other departments

Qualifications Include:

• Bilingual and fluent in Vietnamese - required
• Computer skills including word processing and excel
• Must have at least a High School diploma
• Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Must understand and comply with HIPAA (patient privacy) regulations
• Must have excellent customer service skills
