Job Summary

A health insurance provider is seeking a Remote Bilingual Vietnamese Health Insurance Member Services Coordinator.

Must be able to:

Accurately document all member or provider calls
Support inbound/outbound phone calls from members or providers
Engage and collaborate with other departments

Qualifications Include:

Bilingual and fluent in Vietnamese - required
Computer skills including word processing and excel
Must have at least a High School diploma
Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Must understand and comply with HIPAA (patient privacy) regulations
Must have excellent customer service skills
