A translation services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Vietnamese Interpreter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing effective telephonic interpreting
- Answering inbound calls in a timely manner
- Providing superior customer service
Position Requirements Include:
- Full fluency in both English and Vietnamese
- Technology proficient- web-based platforms, email, Microsoft Word
- Ability to facilitate language communication in a variety of settings
- Landline phone access for sound quality
- Interpreting space that is quiet, secure, and free from outside noises
