Job Summary
A nonprofit, religious-based, media network has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Viewer Services Representative .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing and replying to all correspondence as needed.
- Answering audience questions via various forms of communication, including telephone, internet and written correspondence
- Responding to questions relative to Friary, Marketing, Production, Programming, Radio, Theology and other areas of the Network as appropriate
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience or equivalent training and experience.
- Practicing Catholic with demonstrated knowledge of the Catholic faith and EWTN’s mission and ability to articulate to audience/viewers as needed.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in the English and Spanish language including the meaning and spelling of words, and rules of composition and grammar.
- Approachable, friendly and helpful demeanor that translates to a positive experience for our EWTN Family.
- High School Diploma or GED. Associate’s degree preferred
