A workers compensation healthcare administrator has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Workers Compensation Care Coordinator I.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide customer support by phone, email, or instant message to business customers
- Troubleshoot customer problems, identifies the root cause of the problem
- Track and document inbound support requests and ensures proper notation of customer problems or issues
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Computer navigation and operation skills
- Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others
