Remote Billing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Event Billing Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Review event sales contracts and manage payment schedules
• Collect and process deposits and prepayments while ensuring timely posting
• Handle final customer billing and address inquiries regarding payments

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of accounting, finance, or hotel Sales/Events experience required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is required
• Experience with Accounting or Property Management System software is a plus
• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
• Must meet IT requirements for remote work, including high-speed internet service
