Job Summary

A wellness technology development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Billing Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Processing and posting payments to customer accounts
  • Reconciling, analyzing and presenting A/R aging and aged balances
  • Performing monthly accruals by customer for credit memos

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable and billing
  • Proficiency in Excel formulas, vlookups, and pivot tables
  • Experience with Retail/Wholesale chargebacks
  • Highly organized and exceptional research/ data tracking skills
