Job Summary

A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Billing and Enrollment Representative 1.

Must be able to:

• Process enrollments, payments, address changes or other enrollment related tasks
• Educate members and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives regarding plan benefits

Position Requirements Include:

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Fluency in computer navigation, email, chats, efficient typing skills, and toggling across multiple databases while engaging with the caller
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices – formal training or experience
