Job Summary

A multinational internet retailer is filling a position for a Remote Billing and Monetization Software Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Driving migration of existing customers and associated operations
• Conceptualizing programs to scale existing billing operations
• Defining trainings and workshops to drive adoption of new automation programs

Required Skills:

• 3+ years experience in program or project management
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business and/or other related fields, or equivalent experience
• Experience with managing multiple cross-functional programs at once
• Experience managing relationships at senior levels (Sr Manager or Director)
