Job Summary

A court reporting company is in need of a Remote Billing Client Services Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing estimated transcript/job costs to clients and production department
• Assisting and documenting client requests for split payment agreement
• Maintaining and updating client and firm records in Reporter Base

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree and/or experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Proficiency in mathematics
