Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned A/R buckets and follow up on unpaid, rejected, or denied claims
• Submit appeals with documentation and review EOBs for accuracy
• Verify patient eligibility and benefits prior to the date of service

Required Qualifications

• Must have 3 years or more of relevant experience
• Knowledge of insurance verification and eligibility
• Ability to identify denial trends and escalate issues
• Experience with managing high-dollar accounts
• Understanding of timely filing limits and payment variances
