Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Billing Customer Service Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Participate in relationship management activities
- Promptly act on escalated issues identifies, investigates and coordinates any billing corrections
- Meet or exceed timeliness and accuracy expectations on a daily basis
Qualifications for this position include:
- Excellence in clinical care, service and communication
- Able to participate in a variety of unit and hospital educational programs
- Able to communicate with early out vendor, bad debt vendor, legal representatives, risk management and guarantor as appropriate
- Able to identify process and service issues
