A provider of customer relationship services has a current position open for a Remote Utility Bill Billing Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Ensure that calls are processed in strict adherence to established policies
- Receive and process various incoming phone calls for numerous clients
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1+ year customer service or sales experience
- High school or GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- Basic computer skills
