Job Summary
A casualty and property insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Billing Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as the first contact for our customers: answering billing questions and taking payments
- Assisting customers with portal login and navigation and responding to general inquiries
- Providing our agency partners and clients the best-in-class service experience they want and deserve
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong decision-making velocity in a fast-paced, high-volume phone contact center environment
- Track record of success in managing competing demands, problem solving and strong decision velocity
- Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft office, multi-application navigation and multi-tasking
- Effective, strong, and service focused communication skills, both verbal and written
