Job Summary

A business solutions provider is seeking a Remote Billing Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Monitoring top 200 clients for new & lost contracts
• Overseeing timely and accurate posting of detailed billing transactions
• Establishing and achieving incremental goals

Required Skills:

• Five to ten years progressive experience managing multiple accounting functions and supervising staff
• High School Diploma/GED
• Must have experience creating accounting reports to analyze AR status and track action
• Experience managing AR or AP for multiple locations
• Desire hands-on experience in billing/invoicing, cash management, and GL coding
• Experience and understanding of internal controls and audit processes
