Job Summary

A marijuana sales and information company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Billing Operations Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting sales personnel in building quotes and subscriptions
• Reviewing Quotes and Subscription Orders for accuracy and completeness
• Processing customer billing subscriptions and invoice customers

Qualifications Include:

• 2 years' experience supporting sales and finance with a focus on customer billing
• Strong communication skills and a customer first approach
• Basic understanding of accounting SaaS-based revenue streams
• Superlative attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment
