Job Summary
A developer of music streaming software is filling a position for a Remote Billing Operations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Processing incoming orders in both our internal database
- Processing billing and account change requests
- Answering incoming customer emails, calls, and chats
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years experience in a technical or software-based billing-related support position
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment, as well as work as an independent contributor
- Must be able to prioritize work and manage time effectively
