A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Billing Services Supervisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Holding 10 Analyst accountable for the work they produce
- Driving excellent performance, root cause problem solving and process improvement
- Leading Analysts positively through change and create a culture of empowerment
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Customer facing leadership experience
- Demonstrates knowledge of financial processes, systems, controls, and work streams
- Demonstrates experience working collaboratively in a finance environment coupled with strong internal controls
- Possesses understanding of service level goals and objectives when providing customer support
- Possesses strong organizational skills and prioritizes getting the right things done
- 4 + years' experience and Bachelor's degree in related field
