Remote Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist to join their Revenue Cycle Management team in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Enters new patient and payer data
• Submits accurate claims in a timely manner and audits all claims billed daily
• Reports errors and progress to the Supervisor and performs other assigned duties

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Ability to read and interpret various documents and write routine reports
• Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations and concepts
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, internet, and database software
• One year of related experience and/or training may be required
