Job Summary

A developer of payment processing products has a current position open for a Remote Billing Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing and processing invoices in a timely manner
  • Properly recording entries under GAAP
  • Updating billing spreadsheets

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3-5 years of transactional invoicing experience
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to recognize concerns and willingness to ask questions
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
