Job Summary

An open-source software development company is seeking a Remote Billing Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing customer accounts
• Answering customer questions about billing and account status
• Accurately identifying and resolving any billing and account errors or issues

• Experience with customer service and communicating billing issues
• Working knowledge of Google G Suite and/or Microsoft Office applications
