Job Summary
A social media management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Billing Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing customer inquiries and providing solutions related to billing
- Completing vendor set-up forms and onboarding in customer billing portals
- Working with Billing Management to resolve customer questions
Required Skills:
- 1-3+ years billing and cash application experience with proven success in a Billing Specialist role
- 1-3+ years experience in a customer service or operational role, using several different software systems
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, ZenDesk, or similar software
- Ability to summarize complex situations for understanding and alignment
