Job Summary
A non-profit healthcare organization is filling a position for a Remote Billing Specialist Near Toledo.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting payor denial analysis to identify denial trends for process improvement and revenue generation
- Producing denial reports to support the company's revenue cycle and various other departments
- Creating denial reduction procedures to assist with reducing the company’s denial experience
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be proficient in Excel and data analysis
- Must have exemplary customer service and communications
- Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to change quickly and think conceptually
