A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Billing Team Lead in Richmond.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and maintaining the billing processes and programs
- Providing ongoing training and education to billing staff
- Meeting with the Billing Manager regularly to effectively communicate and resolve billing issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of related experience required
- 3+ years of direct medical experience strongly preferred
- Supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Supervisory experience in a billing position or large facility setting preferred
- Experience with Governmental Payors, Medicaid preferred
