Job Summary
A pharma services and cancer diagnostic reference laboratory is in need of a Remote Billing Territory Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as billing client liaison for all medical, technical, sales, and support services
- Addressing and evaluating internal inquiries, concerns, and trends
- Ensuring customer retention by providing superior customer service
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience required
- 4-5 years related experience in billing, insurance and third party receivables or related
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for billing department
- Laboratory billing experience
- Knowledgeable about billing practices
- Proficiency in utilizing MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Access and Webinar’s
