Job Summary

A medical laboratory is in need of a Remote Bioinformatics LIMS Builder in Alameda.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Build clinical grade workflows
  • Build dashboards and reports that integrate with the LIMS functions
  • Support testing and documentation of workflows

Required Skills:

  • B.S. in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field with 3+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with laboratory personal and R&D scientists
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel or similar
  • Some knowledge of Java Script and relational databases
  • Experience with building dashboards and reports
