A biopharmaceutical and life sciences company is seeking a Remote Biopharmaceutical and Life Sciences Contact Center Operations Leader.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of contact center supervisors ensuring employee performance, development, and motivation
  • Ensure company and regulatory compliance requirements are achieved
  • Ensure delivery of the desired customer experience

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma/GED or
  • Equivalent experience
  • 5 years in a Contact Center
  • Ability to optimize operations and champion change
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication; written, verbal & presentation skills
