Job Summary
A developer of biopharmaceutical products is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Biopharmaceutical Customer Supply Program Project Leader.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be the interface between customers, Sales, SCM and Operations, OPM
- Engage and formalize customer agreements together with Sales
- Rollout & monitor efficiency, KPI-based
Qualifications Include:
- Must be open to travel both domestically and internationally (15%)
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years equivalent experience
- 4+ years of confirmed experience in Customer Service in a customer-facing position
- Knowledge in SAP in order handling combined with knowledge of supply chain processes
- Demonstrated track record for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
