Job Summary
A developer of biopharmaceutical products is seeking a Remote Biopharmaceutical Products Application Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Assist customers for first product installation and initial start-up, and ensure the training of the customer
- Support Quality Department in the quality complaint process
- Report on competitors' products and feedback information
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Graduate in biological engineering or biotechnology
- Product and application expertise
- Ability to effectively interface with product/project/division management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English plus other local languages
- Computer proficient in Windows-based software package
