Job Summary
A biotechnology company has a current position open for a Remote Biosciences District Sales Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Directing the implementation of the business plan across the district
- Consistently monitoring results of sales team in the district
- Demonstrating to district team members how to achieve those plans
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- 7+ years’ experience in sales and minimum 2+ years in sales people management
- A District Manager is expected to possess experience in team management, sales strategies
- Experience in personal selling effectiveness, analytical and problem solving
- Experience in communications, client relationship and management
- Experience in industry/market analysis, and business planning
