Job Summary

A gene therapy vector company is seeking a Remote Biosciences Research Associate I or II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Execute cloning projects to create novel AAV candidate vectors
  • Analyze clones by PCR, Sanger Sequencing and agarose gel electrophoresis
  • Collaborate with scientists to design and execute scientific experiments

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biology, Life Sciences or a related with 2+ years of experience OR
  • Master's Degree with 1+ years of experience in molecular biology techniques
  • Experience with DNA sequence analysis software
  • Experience with AAV and other viral constructs cloning is preferred
  • Industry experience
