Job Summary

A pharmaceutical company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Biotechnology Associate Client Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Participate in defining and documenting client needs
  • Offer recommendations to ensure successful program implementation and ongoing operation
  • Manage all aspects of project start-up, including developing strategy and tactics for program implementation

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work related experience
  • 2+ years client/project management experience in a call center environment
  • Must be bright, articulate, and highly organized
  • Critical thinking and creative problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity of FDA guidelines/regulations
