Job Summary
A biotechnology company has a current position open for a Remote Biotechnology Data Scientist 3.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building version-controlled, computational workflows to analyze and model rich, high-throughput phenotype data
- Collaborating with automation engineers and software developers to mine experimental data and metadata from in-house enterprise systems
- Communicating algorithms, analyses, and results to both technical and general R&D audiences
Position Requirements Include:
- Ph.D. with 4-8 years experience or
- M.S. with 6-12 years experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience analyzing & visualizing large scientific datasets representing biological & chemical phenotypes
- Experience with programming best practices
- Skills in the analysis of multiple large scale genomic and genetic platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and intellectually rigorous environment
