Job Summary
A biotechnology company is filling a position for a Remote Biotechnology Service Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing and directing the activities of all service engineers within the assigned region
- Meeting and exceeding the regional revenue budget
- Ensuring that customer satisfaction objectives are met or exceeded
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Work in the field
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Electronics, Chemistry or Biochemistry required
- 5+ years Field Service or relevant Industry experience
- Previous experience with training/mentoring members of a sales team
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer applications including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
