Job Summary

A software development firm has an open position for a Remote Bitcoin Developer Tools Senior Software Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building open-source developer tools for the Stacks blockchain per SDKs, APIs, command line tools and services
  • Collaborating with blockchain engineers and product engineers to help create a compelling developer experience
  • Helping shape the product and technical strategy for developer tools in the Stacks ecosystem

Position Requirements Include:

  • 8+ industry experience as a software engineer (or equivalent)
  • Experience building open-source developer tools(APIs, SDKs, services)
  • Proficiency in at least one language or framework for building tools and services
  • Good understanding and comfort with storage / caching solutions
  • Experience working being on or with remote / distributed teams
  • Passion for building delightful developer experiences and pride in your craft
