Job Summary

A non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring that Black children have learning environments staffed by Black educators is filling a position for a Remote Black Teacher Collaborative Training Facilitator in Baton Rouge.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Training and providing specific, actionable, on-the-spot feedback
  • Planning and executing virtual and in-person training experiences
  • Using data to identify trends in performance for individuals and group

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel to administer onsite training
  • Minimum two years of successful training and/or facilitation
  • Minimum two years teaching and/or training required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of existing resources and/or curriculum that promotes Liberatory pedagogy
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire Black students and adult learners
